    The ITEC programme for the year 2024-25 is available on the website and applicants can apply by filling up the form on the UTL link: Some important features are highlighted below:

    1. The courses are open for nationals of Niger.
    2. Applicants should be between 25 to 45 years old, working in the Government Sector and should have adequate proficiency in English.
    3. Applicants can choose their own user ID and password while filling the form which will be used by the system and keep them informed about the progress of their applications.
    4. After applying online, the applicant has to take the printout of the application and send it to the Embassy through the Ministry of Foreign Affaires.

    Prospective candidates are required to register online prior to the commencement of the course. Potential applicants are advised to often check the ITEC portal for new courses as the ITEC Team will upload new courses as and when they become available during the year 2023-24.

    Under the ITEC Programme all expenditure, including the international air passages, visa, course fee, accommodation, living allowance, study tour, book allowance, health facility, are borne by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India.
