OPEN HOUSE MEETINGS ON SECOND FRIDAYS

    Embassy of India, Niamey organizes open house meetings on consular services between 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm on last Friday of every month. The open house meetings are chaired by a senior official of the Embassy.

2. The objective of the open house meetings is to engage with Indian nationals as well as persons of Indian origin on consular matters such as issuance of passports, OCI cards, visas or other services and to address specific issues raised. Members of Indian community residing in Niger are welcome to attend these meetings.

3. Those desirous of participation in the same are requested to register themselves for the same by sending an email with clear subject as “OPEN HOUSE MEETING” at hoc.niamey@mea.gov.in drawing reference to their application to the particular consular service and mentioning their specific grievance at least one day prior to the day of open house meeting so as to enable the Embassy to look into their cases before commencement of the open house meeting. Entry may not be allowed to the Open House at the Embassy, without prior registration
